This Agreement sets forth and constitutes the entire agreement between TrustSign and its Users. This Agreement supersedes any and all prior agreements of any party to this agreement. The Agreement can only be modified by a written document signed by both parties.
You verify that the information you provide in the process of registration is accurate and complete. You also verify that you have fully and carefully read the Agreement and understand that the TrustSign Partner Program does not conflict with or violate any law, regulation, order, judgment or decree. You also agree that by participating in the TrustSign Partner Program or any other TrustSign program, you will not rely on any warranty, guaranty, statement or representation unless such statement is expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Recognizing that the internet is widely used internationally, you agree to comply with all relevant local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you/the client reside.
You may view, download, and print contents from the TrustSign site subject to the following conditions: (a) the content may be used solely for information purposes of a personal and non-commercial nature; (b) the content may not be modified or altered in any way; and (c) you agree to retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. You may not reproduce, republish, or publicly display, perform or distribute, or otherwise use the materials or content of this site for any public or commercial purpose or prepare any modification or prepare derivative works based on the contents from the TrustSign site.
